CampDocs must be filled out by April 15th, 2020. There are NO Exceptions – if they are not completed by April 15th, 2020 your camper’s spot will be forfeited and no refund will be given. A $200 deposit, is required at time of registration. The remaining balance of $300 is due no later then April 15th, 2020. If applying for a scholarship, we will accept 2019 Tax Documents. Please note we are not vendorized at this time and working on this process in the near future
Camp Revolution hires a private nurse in addition to Alliance Redwood's onsite 24/7 medical staff. If medications or any over the counter items are brought to Alliance Redwoods, you will be required to notate on CampDocs and confirm with nurse at camp check-in. Our nurse may call you in advance.
We know as parents ourselves that protecting our children is Job #1. Camp Revolutions’ board members, staff, and counselors strictly adhere to Camp Revolution’s mission, and by-laws, as well as all Alliance Redwoods rules and regulations. Each counselor, staff, and board member (18+) as well as Alliance Redwoods Staff have been screened, and background checked through IntelliCorp (Alliance Redwoods is background checked through Protect My Ministry). Board members are present at Camp.
It is our commitment to provide a wonderful camping experience for all campers. To assist us in offering the best camp experience we possibly can, please review our camper code of conduct. If you need to cancel your campers reservation, we require notice by April 14th, 2020 in order to receive a refund less $50 administration fee. If notice is given after April 15th, 2020, you will be held accountable for the total cost of camp. If for any reason your camper is sent home, you are responsible for the transportation and all costs associated with picking up your camper. Camp Revolution does not refund any portion of camp registration once your camper attends our program. Please refer to our calendar for more information.
Every effort will be made to accommodate all applicants, but for the health, safety and welfare of all campers and staff, our camp administration reserves the right to expel or refuse admission to campers who do not meet the criteria and conditions set forth by Inclusion Revolution, Inc.
If your camper is allergic to bees, spiders, mosquitoes, ticks, or any type of insects or bugs, it is Inclusion Revolution Inc.’s and Alliance Redwoods Staff recommendations that your child does NOT attend Camp Revolution due to the nature of the location.
We realize that all camps have their own uniqueness and qualities that keep campers coming back. We also realize that Camp Revolution may not meet everyone’s needs for their individual camper, please make sure to review all criteria and conditions prior to signing up for Camp Revolution 2020
